How do I book a service ?

If you’re interested in booking a service, please text Vanessa at 972-878-3630 or send an email to leap@leaplittleelm.com. From there, we can schedule a meet and greet to ensure a proper fit and to go over how to best care for your pet. First-time clients are required to pay a non-refundable 50% deposit to hold a spot.

What is required to book a service ?

All dogs must be:

  • At least 12 weeks old

  • Up-to-date on all shots, including Bordetella, Rabies, and DHPP. Please email or text a copy of their latest records or bring a copy to the initial meet and greet.

  • Spayed or neutered after 12 months

  • Friendly around dogs and people

  • On flea/tick/heartworm prevention

How do I pay for a service?

We accept Zelle, Venmo, and Cash. All payments must be made by the time of pick-up.

What do I bring with my dog on the day of arrival?

\We prefer that you only bring food, leash, and medications (if applicable). We provide clean bowls, bedding, and all other supplies.

Will you administer medications to my pet?

Yes, we can administer medication at no additional charge. Please make sure to fill out a medication administration form located HERE prior to the start of service.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand your plans change and we generally do not charge for cancellations with adequate notice. However, if you cancel 24 hours or less prior to the start of service, there will be a fee equal to 50% of the reservation or service fee amount.

Are you available on major holidays?

Yes. We recommend booking as far in advance as possible since these dates fill up quickly. Because of our limited number of spots, and the number of requests we receive for care on holiday weeks, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit on stays that fall on the following holidays:

  • Fourth of July

  • Labor Day Weekend

  • Thanksgiving Week

  • Memorial Day Weekend

  • President’s Day

  • Good Friday/Easter

  • Christmas Week

  • New Year Eve/New Years Day
